Limited release from hand picked grapes selected by Noyce Brothers and their winemaker. Aged for 20 months in French Oak. Great depth and flavour. Soft, earthy, full bodied with rich undertones of spice and tannins.

NOYCE BROTHERS The Old Byora 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Old Byora wines commemorate the selection and clearing in 1823 of our vineyard land by James Milson. This wine has soft, silky tannins with herbaceous and sweet cherry flavours. The wine is nice drinking now and will cellar very well.

Lovely soft berry and chocolate tastes. Matured in French Oak for 14 months.
