NOYCE BROS 2006 "Director's Cut" Shiraz
Limited release from hand picked berries selected by Phillip Noyce and his winemaker. Aged for 20 months in French Oak. Soft, earthy, full bodied with rich undertones of spice and tannins.

NOYCE BROTHERS The Old Byora 2007 Shiraz
A beautiful shiraz that commemorates the selection and clearing in 1823 of our vineyard land. This wine has soft fruit and berries up front with a lovely balance of acid and tannin. The wine is nice drinking now and will cellar very well.
