Noyce Brothers Wines Heading for Home page

Our distinctive wines come from a north facing slope in an enclosed and remote valley alongside the Wollombi Brook. Chosen by James Milson in 1823 as ideal grazing pasture for his cattle after the great drought of 1821, this unique valley with its intense summer heat and crisp winter mornings produces a perfect grape with flavours never before tasted in the Lower Hunter Valley of New South Wales.

The Noyce family has been farming this valley for the last forty years. Our aim at Noyce Brothers wines is to explore ways in which technology and tradition can push the boundaries of taste. All our fruit at Old Byora Vineyard is hand nurtured and computer monitored to ensure picking at the optimum moment.
